So, I have completed my goggles and the gun, explanation/tutorial/images will come up soon, and now I'm onto the shirt. So far it looks really good! And again, more stuff on it will come up soon. I got my pants from the Salvos, they look epic! I can't wait for Friday now, it's going to be so awesome... YEEEP

nnfloi; Project 1
Hello all!
The project I'm going to use to kick-start this whole thing is a fabric/craft/cosplay project for a school thing. We have a day named Creative Arts Day, where we have House Choir (Factions are the same as Houses BTW XD) and House Dance (Which I am doing). After that stuff is completed, and once we've done our workshops, it's time for the costume part. We're given a theme and we make costumes to wear for the day.
The theme this year is 'In The Spotlight' but I'm not going by it. Last year was 'Quirky Town' and I went as Sasori from the Akatsuki in Naruto. My best friend went as Deidara.
ANYWAY
This year I'm doing a Steampunk Militarian character (despite the fact CAD is next Friday) and I'm just starting. So you can follow my hopefully not-failure!
Here is my basic planning for the costume, as I'll only be working on it later (I have my guitar lesson soon). Don't worry, there will be pictures as I go along!
- Two button downs
[brown and dark grey - fit comfortably - not tight - Salvos]
- Black or light brown pants
[straight legged - maybe worn in - Salvos]
- Boots
[Short/long - black ~preferably~ to match spats - Home/Salvos]
- Spats
[Find faux suede - elastic]
- Gun (if there is time)
[Nerf N-Strike - Blue~Bronze/brown - Grey~Silver - Orange/black~Gold - Mech - Home]
- Goggles
[Welding goggles/swimming goggles - paint - gears/nuts/bolts/washers - glue - Home/Bunnings]
- Other
[Pocket watch - belt - buttons (shirt/spats) - epiolettes - basic make up - hair slicked back]
Okay. There you go, so you'll know generally what the end product will be like. See you at the finish line!

This here blog is going to be a record/database/diary/notebook/scrapbook/rantbook thing of my days. It'll be me being boring, ranting on about things you probably don't understand, but I'll expect you to anyway.
There'll be craft, cosplay, art, projects, writing, drawings, and any other random crap I think you deserve to know.
